If the delivery didn't reach you and you have not specified a second delivery address, you will find a delivery notice in your mailbox. With this notice, you will be able to pick up your order at the next post office. Be aware of taking your ID along with you. Usually, the delivery company stores your package for 7 days.
Should you not pick up the package, or have not set-up a new delivery date, your package will be sent back to our production site.
